Confidentiality & trust

If the process asks for trust, it should show exactly where that trust is protected.

OverDeal treats confidentiality, permission, adviser quality, information control and follow-through as operating requirements, not reassuring words added after the process is built.

Private by default. Minimum necessary disclosure. Permission before routing.

THE PROTECTION STANDARDPRIVATE INTENT / VERIFIED FIT / CONTROLLED HANDOFF / ACCOUNTABLE FOLLOW-THROUGH

The trust architecture

Protection is designed into each decision point.

Private by default

An owner conversation does not become a public listing or an indiscriminate distribution event.

Owner-controlled permission

The owner understands why an adviser is proposed and decides whether the introduction moves forward.

Adviser participation standard

Identity, firm, mandate, experience, capacity and conduct signals inform whether a professional belongs in the routing pool.

Minimum necessary disclosure

Information is staged by purpose. Sensitive material is not needed to determine whether a first conversation should happen.

Commercial alignment

Our economics are disclosed. Your choices remain yours.

The owner introduction service is funded by participating advisers. That commercial relationship makes an adviser eligible to receive opportunities that match the agreed mandate and capacity.

It does not obligate an owner to meet, engage or transact. The owner may decline a proposed conversation or ask for a different fit, and the adviser must still earn the engagement on the strength of the conversation and their own terms.

Information control

What moves, when it moves and why.

StageInformation purposeProtection
SchedulingContact details and enough context to prepare for the conversationExternal scheduling opens only when selected
DiscoveryAuthority, goals, timing, expectations and broad company contextShared directly and captured for service delivery
Fit assessmentHigh-level business context and adviser mandate criteriaUsed only to test whether an introduction belongs
IntroductionContact and agreed context needed for a useful first callMoves with the owner’s authorization
Follow-throughResponse, fit, meeting and engagement feedbackAccess-limited and used to improve execution

Communication integrity

No silent recording. No transferable text-message consent.

Calls or meetings may be recorded only where permitted and after the notice or consent required for the people and jurisdictions involved. Recordings are access-limited and retained under the Privacy Policy.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold or passed to advisers for their own marketing. Each sender is responsible for obtaining its own valid permission.

Technology & governance

Enterprise-grade infrastructure is useful only when the operating rules are equally disciplined.

The stack supports access control, secure communications, record integrity and workflow accountability. The policies define how information may be used, retained, disclosed and deleted.
