1. Who we are

Nizar Solutions operates and powers OverDeal (“OverDeal,” “we,” “us” or “our”), an origination, preliminary qualification and owner-to-adviser introduction service. Nizar Solutions is the controller or business responsible for personal information covered by this Policy unless another notice says otherwise.

Mailing address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Privacy requests: hello@overdeal.co.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to OverDeal.co, scheduling initiated from the website, email, telephone, text, video and other business communications, owner and adviser evaluation, origination activity, introductions, relationship administration and related service operations. A third-party website or provider may apply its own terms and privacy notice when you choose to use it.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Identifiers and contact details, including name, business email, telephone number, role, company and scheduling information.
  • Owner and business information, including decision authority, transition objectives, timing, expectations, business profile, operational context and preliminary financial information voluntarily shared.
  • Adviser information, including identity, firm affiliation, credentials, registrations, sector and deal experience, capacity, references, complaints, commercial participation and feedback.
  • Communications and interaction records, including emails, texts, call notes, meeting records, consent records, opt-out requests and recordings where lawful.
  • Transaction-related status information, such as whether an introduction occurred or an independent owner–adviser engagement was signed. OverDeal does not require or receive transaction funds.

Information collected automatically

Website and security infrastructure may process IP address, device and browser information, pages requested, timestamps, referring page, approximate location derived from IP, and security or error logs. The current site does not intentionally load advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral analytics.

Information from public and commercial sources

We may collect business contact and company information from public records, company websites, professional networks, business directories, data providers, referral sources and participating professionals. We use this information for lawful business-to-business research and outreach, subject to applicable consent, notice, suppression and objection requirements.

4. How and why we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct conversations, and provide requested information.
  • Research potential owner or adviser relationships and conduct permitted business-to-business outreach.
  • Assess authority, intent, readiness, business context, adviser mandate, capacity and fit.
  • Make owner-authorized introductions and support the handoff and follow-through.
  • Verify professional information, administer adviser participation, prevent conflicts and protect owner experience.
  • Maintain security, investigate misuse, enforce agreements, preserve legal claims and comply with law.
  • Maintain opt-out, do-not-contact and suppression records and honor privacy choices.
  • Improve qualification, routing, service quality and internal training using access-controlled records and feedback.

Depending on the person, jurisdiction and activity, we rely on consent; steps requested before entering a contract; performance of a contract; compliance with law; or legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving a business service, conducting proportionate B2B outreach and protecting participants. Where consent is required, it may be withdrawn without affecting processing already performed lawfully.

5. How information is disclosed

We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary:

  • To a participating adviser when an owner authorizes an introduction, limited to the contact and context needed for that conversation.
  • To vendors acting for us in categories such as hosting, security, scheduling, communications, collaboration, storage, recording, customer relationship management and payment administration.
  • To attorneys, accountants, insurers and other professional advisers bound by appropriate duties.
  • To authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, participants or the service.
  • In a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar corporate event, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
  • At your direction or with your consent.

Participating advisers fund OverDeal. An owner-authorized introduction may disclose business contact information to the selected adviser for the requested adviser conversation. That authorization does not transfer SMS marketing consent or authorize unrelated promotional use.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share website visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Mobile messaging and A2P privacy

We do not sell, rent, transfer or share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging consent is specific to OverDeal and is not transferable to an adviser, referral source or other business.

Vendors may process mobile information only as service providers acting on our behalf to deliver, secure or support messages, or when disclosure is required by law. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See the SMS Terms.

7. Calls and meeting recordings

Business calls or video meetings may be recorded for service delivery, note-taking, quality assurance, training, security, dispute handling and compliance. We provide notice and obtain consent when required by the laws applicable to the participants or their locations. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell us before the recording begins or leave the recorded session and request a non-recorded alternative when available.

8. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Typical periods are: website security logs up to 12 months; inactive prospect and inquiry records up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction; call or meeting recordings up to 24 months; and customer, adviser, engagement, payment, contract and dispute records up to seven years after the relationship ends. We may retain records longer when required for law, litigation holds, fraud prevention or to honor a permanent suppression request. When no longer required, information is deleted, de-identified or securely destroyed.

Safeguards include access limitation, authentication, vendor review, secure transmission where supported, device and account controls, backups, logging and documented handling expectations appropriate to the information. No system is perfectly secure; notify us promptly if you believe information connected with OverDeal has been compromised.

9. International processing

OverDeal and its service providers may process information in the United States, Morocco, Canada and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use contractual commitments, consent, adequacy mechanisms or other lawful safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or information about processing; object to or opt out of certain uses; withdraw consent; appeal a privacy decision; or complain to a regulator. Canadian residents may request access and correction and challenge compliance under applicable federal or provincial law. EEA and UK residents may also object to legitimate-interest processing and complain to their supervisory authority. US state residents may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, sale, targeted advertising or profiling.

Submit a request to hello@overdeal.co. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the information or relationship involved. We may verify identity and authority, and may deny or limit a request when permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe method provided or contact us. To stop texts, reply STOP. To object to B2B outreach, tell the representative or email us; we may retain a minimal suppression record so the request remains honored.

11. Children, automated decisions and browser signals

OverDeal is intended for adults acting in a business or professional capacity and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s information. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. Because the site does not use targeted advertising or sell personal information, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals do not change current public-site behavior; we will reassess this if tracking practices change.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy when services, providers, practices or law change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice when required by law.
