1. OverDeal business messaging program
Nizar Solutions, which powers OverDeal, may operate one-to-one or recurring text-message programs for people who have provided a mobile number and valid consent or where another lawful basis permits the specific message. Messages may concern a requested call, appointment coordination, owner or adviser qualification, service updates, follow-up, relationship administration or information the recipient requested.
2. Consent and eligibility
By affirmatively opting in through an approved method, you authorize OverDeal to send automated or manually initiated SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number provided for the disclosed program. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any good or service. Consent applies only to OverDeal and the program described at opt-in; it is not transferred to advisers, affiliates, referral sources or other businesses.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are authorized to consent. If the number is reassigned, changed or no longer controlled by you, notify OverDeal or reply STOP promptly.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your relationship and activity. You may receive recurring messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. OverDeal does not charge a separate fee for texts, but your carrier may. Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability.
4. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any OverDeal text to revoke consent and stop messages from that program. Recognized opt-out keywords may also include CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or OPT OUT. You may receive one final confirmation. After opting out, messages will stop except for communications legally permitted without marketing consent, such as responding to your request or confirming the opt-out.
Reply HELP for help or email hello@overdeal.co. If a keyword does not work, contact us directly and identify the number to suppress.
5. Mobile privacy
OverDeal does not sell, rent, transfer or share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Vendors may process this information only on OverDeal’s behalf to deliver, secure or support the program, or when required by law. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Message content and conduct
Do not send confidential financial records, government identifiers, payment credentials, health information, trade secrets or legally privileged material by text. You may not use the program for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content. OverDeal may suspend messaging where consent, identity, security or compliance is uncertain.
7. Availability and liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. OverDeal does not guarantee continuous delivery, timing or compatibility with every device or carrier. To the maximum extent permitted by law, messaging is provided “as is,” and the disclaimers, liability limits and dispute provisions in the Terms of Service apply.
8. Changes
We may change or end a messaging program or update these SMS Terms. Changes take effect when posted, with additional notice when required. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
